Work It

You GUYS.  I am lacking some serious motivation to get out and get stepping.  Exercise has never been my passion, but I do feel so much better when it is a regular part of my life.  But, lately I've been totally dragging my heels on getting started.  And, frankly the thought of running makes me do this:


I need some inspiration!  I'd love to  hear from you on what you do to exercise -- 30 minutes or more per day.  My rear end thanks you :)
